[_] Video on CD

The main criteria for choosing codex etc. is that is has to be easy for
user to play movie (i.e. a single program to run to install codex/player if
it is not already installed). My experiences of DivX seem to indicate it
is a bit fiddley to install (I have not seen a single .exe install). Tried
QT and it looked awful, what bit rates relate to different speed
CDs? Funnily enough I am getting the best results with 512k RealVideo.
