[_] Video on CD

Have been experimenting with Cleaner 5 to create files for CD. Tried
straight MPEG but results not too good. Am doing full sized video (i.e.
720 wide). Can anyone recommend settings to get GOOD quality. Some of the
films have a fair amount of movement. Cleaner only seems to know about CD
speeds up to 4*.
