If all of what you said is true then so be it, I wasn't recommending BT
based on their business practises or ethics, or their support response time
(if any) - what I was doing is stating that your matter of fact post
labelling the entire service is shite wasn't and isn't correct. I get a
perfectly good and consistent service for a wide variety of services lasting
8 to 10 hours a day and have done for months.

If that's my luck due to my homegate server then I can't help that. I've
read some of the comments on the ADSL Guide site but it's really only people
with issues that ever write anything, the silent happy (majority?) don't
need or bother to. I'm sorry they're proving to be so bad for you and hope
they get it sorted out soon, but I stand by my original claim that with
this, as with every other service out there in this world of ours - your
mileage will vary. In this instance mines been good. Yours hasn't. Neither
outweighs the other.
