Yes it is in progress, no, it is not complete yet :) We have had quite a
large work rush, so the underscore site has been put on hold for a bit.
You can see the current status at www2.under-score.org.uk, not much of it
works right now, apart from the mailing list archive (also look at
www3.under-score.org.uk, which has more mailing list features, but older
data).
The good news is that we have a client looking for something similar,
which we are currently putting a quote together for, and they are happy to
fund the development of the code, which will usable for the Underscore
site.
